Social media
Bluesky dataset
Use Bluesky for public social research on an emerging platform. A clear topic, account list, language, market, or period guides the selection of public posts, replies, account information, dates, and topic references.

Choose the data you need
Tell us your topics, date range and required fields. Where the source permits, we’ll provide a sample first, then agree on filtering, cleanup and annotation.
Typical delivery formats are Excel, CSV, JSON and JSONL. The quote will state whether original documents or media are included. Let us know if you need recurring updates.
See a sample format ↗Assess the fit for your project
Bluesky public posts, replies, profiles, and topic references suit issue research on an emerging platform. As the platform and public content change, projects should define samples through clear topics, accounts, languages, or dates.
How can an emerging-platform sample avoid being too narrow?
Combine keywords with accounts, languages, markets, and date windows, then inspect post and reply relevance in a sample. Conclusions should state selection rules and not generalize visible early or highly active communities to all users.
Does it include direct messages?
No. The directory describes only public posts, public replies, and profiles; any use remains subject to project-specific source restrictions and delivery conditions.
Sources and usage
Covers public posts, replies and profiles, not private messages.
If you plan to train a model, use the data in a customer-facing product or share it with third parties, mention this when requesting a quote so we can check source permissions and restrictions.
Public access does not establish permission for collection, training or redistribution. Naming a platform does not imply affiliation, agency or endorsement.
