Data sources and rights
Confirm where data comes from and how it may be used before agreeing on samples and delivery. Public access does not establish permission for every use.

Check sources and coverage for each project
The catalog describes data types you can enquire about. A listed platform or industry does not establish availability of every record, historical period or attachment, or continued access.
Project discussions should establish source categories, collection or coverage periods, fields, volume definitions and update conditions. Original documents, images, audio and video require separate confirmation. Source access conditions and third-party rights continue to apply.
Confirm each intended use
Explain whether your project involves internal analysis, retrieval or a knowledge base, model training and evaluation, or a customer-facing product. Redistribution, resale, third-party access and public model-weight release require separate review of applicable permissions and clear project terms.
Resift AI can only provide data and rights it is entitled to provide. Public availability alone does not establish permission for collection, processing, training or redistribution. Commercial arrangements do not replace necessary third-party permissions or legal requirements.
Quality and specialist content
Deliverables are assessed against agreed field specifications, cleaning rules, labeling guidance, sampling methods and acceptance criteria. New fields, rule changes or a broader scope require a new assessment of the work and arrangements.
Financial, legal and biomedical content and annotations serve the agreed data project. They are not professional advice or regulatory certification for end users and do not guarantee a particular model outcome.
Materials and uses to discuss first
Before providing materials, explain whether the project involves personal information, restricted materials or uses with significant effects on individuals, so permissions and handling arrangements can be assessed. Do not include production data, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Data must not be used for unlawful infringement, unauthorised re-identification, harassment, fraud or unlawful discrimination. Necessary permissions and protections must be established before data is exchanged.
Content and personal information requests
If you believe website content or associated data affects your copyright, privacy or other rights, prepare the page URL, dataset or record identifier, a description of the concern, the action requested and a reply channel. Do not initially provide passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Requests do not require a purchase, acceptance of commercial terms or waiver of statutory rights. Verification, correction, restriction or removal depends on the facts and applicable law.
For privacy or content rights enquiries, email contact@resiftai.com. Include the relevant page URL and a description of your concern. No acceptance of purchase terms is required.
