Your enquiry information
The form collects your optional name, reply email, dataset interest, requested service, intended use and project message. A request ID, timestamp and notification status support receipt confirmation, duplicate prevention and failed-send handling.
Submitting sends your information through Cloudflare services for storage and notification to our designated business inbox, so we can assess and respond to your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, place an order or grant a data license.
Retention and notification retries
Website enquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1, retained in the application for 30 days and cleared on a schedule. Temporary notification failures are retried. Acceptance by an email service does not establish delivery to the recipient’s primary inbox.
Business emails are retained as needed for correspondence and projects. Sent emails, mailbox copies and recoverable Cloudflare backups follow their respective service mechanisms; deleting a website record does not immediately erase every historical copy. You may contact us to request correction or deletion.
Website operation and service providers
Cloudflare provides static hosting, form processing, security checks, enquiry storage and email forwarding. Page requests may include an IP address, browser information, path and time. Application diagnostics use service status and do not deliberately print enquiry messages to runtime logs.
The business inbox is handled by its email service and accessed by authorised people for enquiries and project correspondence. Processing may occur in different locations where Cloudflare and the email providers operate. Contact us for information about the relevant arrangements.
Data in actual projects
Include only what is needed to understand a general enquiry. Do not submit production datasets, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the form.
Customer material exchange, personal-information datasets and commissioned cleaning or labeling require project-specific purposes, permissions, recipients, retention and deletion arrangements. This website notice does not replace a dataset privacy notice or a project data processing agreement.
Correction, deletion and other requests
Depending on applicable law and actual processing, you may have access, correction, deletion, objection or other rights. Contact contact@resiftai.com with the relevant page or request ID, a description of your concern and a reply channel.
Privacy and content rights requests do not require a purchase or acceptance of commercial terms. Do not initially send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
