PROJECT DELIVERY

Agree the delivery pack before work begins.

The project scope records what will be delivered, how it will be checked, and how acceptance is handled.

  1. Data files and field dictionary

    Agreed files are delivered with the fields, formats and definitions needed to interpret them.

  2. Source, rights and version scope

    The agreed source scope, intended-use rights and delivery version are recorded for the project.

  3. Quality checks

    We agree checks for missing fields, duplicates and label sampling before delivery. Acceptance definitions and sampling rates are confirmed before the project begins.

  4. Acceptance, corrections and updates

    The project scope sets the review process, any agreed correction path and, where relevant, the update schedule.

Common questions

Can you work with our existing data?

Yes. You can ask us just for cleaning or labeling. Show us what you have and what you want the finished files to look like.

Which file formats do you deliver?

Common formats include Excel, CSV, JSON and JSONL. Documents can be delivered as PDFs with agreed source attachments. We can also extract tables or organize subtitles.

Can you keep the data up to date?

We can arrange regular updates. The sources, fields and update frequency determine the delivery schedule and cost.

How do you handle data usage rights?

We confirm sources, permissions and intended use before starting. Market data and biomedical databases may have additional access conditions, which are checked for your project.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on scope, rights, volume, cleaning or labeling needs, and any update requirement.

Can you confirm exact coverage for a source or platform?

We assess coverage for each request. This site does not show live inventory or a fixed coverage list.

Can I buy or download real samples directly?

Real samples are shared through a contact conversation to assess project fit; this site has no self-serve purchase or download.

Can the data be used for model training or commercial redistribution?

Permissions for model training and commercial redistribution are scoped separately by source, rights and intended use.
