AI annotation & evaluation

Speech data and multilingual annotation

Prepare data for speech recognition, conversation analysis and speech-model evaluation. Tasks include verbatim transcription, segment timing, speaker IDs, overlapping speech, code-switching, laughter and other events, non-speech intervals, vocabulary and QA records. Our project experience includes Indonesian and Malay; other languages are assessed against the material and reviewer availability.

01 / WHAT’S INCLUDED

What’s in the dataset

  • Source-audio IDs, verbatim text and segment timestamps
  • Stable speaker IDs and overlap relationships
  • Language, code-switching, audio-event and non-speech labels
  • Domain vocabulary, guidelines and review records

02 / USE CASES

Where it can help

  • ASR training and transcription evaluation
  • Speaker diarization and multi-party conversation research
  • Voice-assistant, customer-service and meeting data preparation

03 / DELIVERY

Choose the data you need

Deliverables can include agreed audio files or source-audio mappings, segment JSON/JSONL, speaker tables, vocabulary and QA notes.

Bring your recordings for annotation, or request speech-data sourcing and collection. Language, sources and use are confirmed first.

Assess the fit for your project

Use the language, source audio and target task to define detail and QA.

Can you annotate code-switching, overlap and laughter?

These can be included. Calibrate language tags, speaker continuity, overlap, audio events and non-speech representation in a pilot.

Can you review recordings and transcripts we already have?

Yes. Supply the audio and transcript for agreed text, speaker, timing and label corrections, preserving versions and source mappings.

Sources and usage

Scope language, recording quality, duration, overlap and human QA per project. Error rates and timing metrics use agreed references and measurement methods.

If you plan to train a model, use the data in a customer-facing product or share it with third parties, mention this when requesting a quote so we can check source permissions and restrictions.

Public access does not establish permission for collection, training or redistribution. Naming a platform does not imply affiliation, agency or endorsement.
