Your profile, in your control.
We use the background and contact details you choose to share to identify suitable project opportunities.
What we collect
Basic details, email and optional contacts, education, work, languages, tools, expertise, preferences and documents you choose to upload.
Account and sign-in
Email codes verify sign-in. When Google sign-in is enabled, we store the necessary account identifier and verified email. Device, IP and session times help protect access; you can review devices and sign out other sessions.
How we use it
For matching, verification, relevant project contact and collaboration records. Authorized HR staff can access and export necessary records. Rates, schedules and assessments are confirmed for each project.
Contact preferences
Choose a preferred channel, update your availability or pause invitations. Paused profiles are excluded from new contact lists.
Retention and withdrawal
Profiles are retained for 365 days after the last update, then removed. Update your profile to keep it active, or withdraw and delete your profile and files from your account.
Project materials and qualifications
Share only information you are entitled to provide and de-identified experience. A project’s requirements apply to that project, not membership of the talent network. Any project-facing background information is limited and de-identified as appropriate.
